With more than 30 years of experience in the early childhood education sector, I provide expert support across compliance, Assessment and Rating, new service development, and policy writing and review. My work is grounded in a deep understanding of sector expectations and best practice, ensuring services are equipped to deliver high‑quality outcomes for children and families.

I offer flexible support options, including full‑day and half‑day service visits, as well as remote guidance through online meetings. On‑site visits can be arranged as needed to provide hands‑on support and tailored advice.

In addition to operational and compliance expertise, I provide coaching and mentoring for Nominated Supervisors and Approved Providers. This includes strengthening leadership capability, enhancing regulatory confidence, and supporting effective decision‑making to ensure services operate smoothly and meet all legislative requirements.
